Seen and unseen, culture is air the we breathe. Motivation, commitment, integrity and innovation are elements reflected by the “cultural air” that nourishes the wellbeing and longevity of an organization.
Research shows an unprecedented demand for meaning, purpose, diversity, belonging, creativity and growth in professional culture.
An inconsistent strategy to address these related and unique elements often leaves staff with disjointed ideas in the best case and contradictory messages in the worst case. Disconnected efforts magnify the ineffectiveness and divisions of an organization and its management.
Cultural coherence showcases leadership and expertise that attracts, develops and retains top talent.
PRXS is a response to the need to integrate emotional literacy, constructive communication, meaningful relationships and transformative growth with professional efficiency, productivity and ambition.
PRXS weaves cultural coherence through unique frameworks that both adapt and align to multifarious environments, personalities and circumstances.
PRXS Global is built on over 20 years of research and experience in education, counseling and conflict mediation, as well as, business and HR management. The frameworks are the culmination of formal research, personal experience and professional refinement. While each PRXS framework stands unique and strong on its own, the collective recipe is the secret sauce.
4D
Praxis
The medicine wheel inspired mandala provides the “4-Directions” of the learning, growth and transformation process.
Mindful
Orientation
Mindful Orientation [MO] is born from the indigenous practice of Vipassana beyond the limited applications of modern Mindfulness.
MO provides a consistent and comprehensive framework for self reflection, emotional literacy, personal growth and crisis management.
MO is identifies “disoriented” states, navigates the practice and allows for creative flow.
MO empowers us to embrace the dynamism of life with a trauma sensitive ease that is typically not present in deeply transformative practices.
Trauma Sensitive Restorative Dialogue
TSRD integrates Trauma Sensitivity, Mindfulness and Restorative Practices [RP] in a systematic protocol to mediate communication, connection and conflict.
This process builds both resilience for discomfort and capacity for growth by providing an equitable and inclusive space for diverse voices.
This is significantly different than the traditional restorative practice alone. TSRD is intended to be used as a routine cultural protocol regardless of tension and/ or conflict.
While “Restorative Practices” are typically responsive, TSRD is both preventative and responsive.
Diversity, Equity
& Inclusion
Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) is intended to restore and maintain a collective consciousness.
A diverse, equitable and inclusive culture necessitates deconstructing a past and present that lacks these qualities in varying degrees for different groups of people.
Restoring balance requires addressing the imbalance.
The fact that some people can choose to remain neutral while others are continuously expected to accommodate the imbalance reflects systemic privilege and oppression. Confronting these dynamics can be a source of destructive intensity, resistance and reactivity that leads to habitual impulses of fight, flight or freeze.
Our multifaceted approach to DEI addresses the roots, impact and consequence of institutionalized privilege and bias in a manner that empowers people to work together.
